I guess my family isn't that bad, we pretty much leave each other alone. Then again, I don't Facebook, Twitter or anything like that.
I don't have many problems with my family or in-laws either. It probably helps that Mrs. Jcyclonee and I only have one sibling each.

My sister is taking it hard but she has other issues that are attributing to that. We are somewhat in shock still but it is what it is. He will definitely be one that I respect the office but not him.

As I have said before politics is not a good topic for discussion with my extended family.

Stupid ticket buying tricks Version 2.0. Totally forgot I bought two tickets to Savanna State for tomorrow night. Just drove back from Iowa yesterday, not feeling all that great and not going down for this game tomorrow. Anyone here amongst the regular RTT gang that wants these? Am I offered them to some friends in Ames via phone messages and haven't heard back yet.

Full Disclosure they are ****** seats in Sec 209 Row 16 or so. So you'd be in Hilton, but barely.

I have never once brought up politics at the holidays. My family though, bring it up non-stop. Every year. Well, not politics so much as propaganda, I suppose. Very rarely do I say anything. I usually walk into another room. I'm sure that they have no idea our beliefs differ as much as they do. My mom may have guessed a bit in 2014 when I responded with "no" when she made some comment about if I were glad to see Walker re-elected.

got a call from the paint place. They talked to their Benjamin Moore rep and it turns out the formula was incorrect in the system. We got the wrong paint. She said they mixed up a new gallon and she made a sample and cannot tell the difference. She was pretty spot on seeing the same things I did when we made samples so I'm very hopeful.

So I was not crazy. Well, DH said "on that, at least".

This is where we really need an "Agree... with DH" button.

All of the cool Twin Cities alumni kids were at Surly's last night for the Cyclone reception.

Conspicuously absent: Clonee, Velo, Pants and Riley. So, we trash talked you.
I noticed the event a while ago and totally forgot about it. It could have:
1. Given me an excuse to go to Surly.
2. Gotten me out of driving child 1 to and from the hospital for volunteer work
3. Gotten me out of driving child 2 to and from church for confirmation
4. Most importantly, gotten me out of sitting there while the wife and child 3 discussed which essential oils bracelet was the prettiest with the neighbor lady and her daughter.
