what are you working on right now?

and I'm no pregnancy expert, but I feel like playing with needles during labor could end poorly:smile:

I suppose if you have an epidural you just kind of sit and wait though.

Talk about needles. *shivers* ugh. I am not actually sure what I have. I think I finished the kitty towels. I have a four seasons one that I've started and ignored for awhile. I think there is also a wall hanging one.

These "women talking about babies" threads should be opt-in like politics and in-state rivals. I mean, nothing against babies, I am completely in love with my 2 little turd factories (no jimlad), but reading women talking about babies? Awww, dammit, kill me now...there's a reason I'm not on facebook.

<despite criticism...good luck Revkah (and Erik)>

I do understand your point. I still kinda dislike some of the FB overkill on that. Just be happy I don't post about it all the time :smile:

I was at the gym the other day. 12 year old and up can be unsupervised in the pool and gym area. Two over 12s (but not by much) were, it looked to be, killing time there and not misbehaving. They both had flat billed caps on backwards with their shorts and T shirts. The one had on cowboy boots on with his shorts. The gym monitor and other employees didn't seem to care. My point is, when little brothers and sisters start wearing the highschool/older siblings styles, it means the particular style is about done. You can also notice this on clothing brands when certain popular brands start showing up at discount stores. ( I keep wondering about North Face) What a rambling post!!!

How about little league parents that wear "no pain no gain" and "without effort there is no WIN" type T shirts. Man talk about riding the coattails of your own child's natural god given talent. Some got it and some don't I can't see a former good athlete with half a brain ever wearing a shirt like that to their kids games (claiming genetics).

Came home today to a trail of ants from the pantry to the dog food dish. Was not a fun Friday evening

saw ants on our multicolor apt carpet earlier this summer. Turns out I can be a real cleaner when I put my mind to it. Also, it's terrifying to get down close to multi-color carpet and realize parts of it are moving :cry:

oh! another random thought! My coworker's daughter is now being recruiting by ISU for basketball. The mom and I chat at work pretty often - the whole process is quite interesting. Couldn't convince the daughter to go for volleyball instead, sigh.

Whenever I'm watching an adult flick, I always find it interesting when I see one of the "actors" wearing a wedding ring. It leaves a lot of unanswered questions for me. Does their spouse know? Why would they wear a wedding ring while they're banging someone else?
