Yup. Her dad and my dad used to work together here in CR around the time she did MI2 with Cruise so he got me her autograph that said "To WxMan with love Michelle Monahan." So I responded to my wife with "Damn! I wonder if she still loves me?"

I think it was the 3rd one. She made cameo in the 4th and is returning for the 6th.

On a happier note, the K-6th graders get to go to the ISU WBB game tomorrow afternoon. I may take the 4yr old since we have my parents' tickets right now.

Love how we don't necessarily hear from the parents, but get to see where they are from FB posts. Montenegro looks very scenic.

I have been thinking around about driving down but now leaning towards not because long drive plus morning rush hour here might make it a get up too early for my tastes kinda day. With rush hour and stops I figure four hours to get there and another 30 minutes ******* around trying to figure out parking etc.

I have an extra parking pass. My extra tickets are 1hr north of here, but if you get a GA seat I'll give you my court side seat. Sitting right next to the action with the 4yr old is not always a good thing.

Thanks, think I'll just buy a lower tier tonight and then get up at 6:30 or so and decide whether to drive down or not.

Parking won't be a problem for women's come 35-30- University to Hilton, 2 minutes late drive all the way up to B3.

Have fun at the game Birdy.

I'm unable to go but got my tickets to a couple that no longer drive at night. They sure do watch them on TV though.

For which sport? My dad got to witness the football win at Oklahoma. They were going to try and go to A&M with the volleyball team if it worked out. It is right after they get back from their cruise.

Nice! Norman is not too bad of a trip.

I said "NOT too pointy"

Reading comprehension is not a strength of mine. Rating has been revised.

So you are saying my plan to marry for love first and money on the second is shaping up pretty well? ;)

Costco is building a massive chicken facility outside of Fremont Ne. They say it will process about 2 million chickens per week.

The two people that replaced me in my old position are making me look like a freaking miracle worker.

Ha, ran into my old contracting officer from work while in St. Paul last week and heard the same thing. I think the problem is the guy replacing me does not LIKE doing the work while I actually mostly liked it. I guess maybe as an early career assignment being a wonkish agreements/contract guru might not have been my first choice of taskings but it was a great second half of career thingy for me.
