Too late for what? Exorcising DC? Sorry. I've moved on from, What's his name? Slacks? and am fully embracing Demon Child as one of our own. That'll be too late.
The plot development and character motivations? There were two things that kept that TV show on the air........

Lost a colleague to that about 10 years ago. Really really sucks.Husband's work friend who has been having trouble with his hand for about a year finally got a diagnosis: Lou Gehrig's Disease. So he's retiring. He figures if he only has 2-5 years left, he'll make the most of them. Husband is pretty shook up by the suddenness and randomness.
I still have yet to make it through Bladerunner without falling asleep. I suppose I should give it another shot. Why does it have to be dark and raining the entire freaking time?
I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.Open the pod bay doors, HAL...
That's a tough movie to watch. If you find you like that sort of thing, try the movie Se7en. Same deal. Depressing as hell.
You forgot one:Probably needs some nuns to. A singing one, a flying one and a praying one would probably do.

Blade Runner was one of those movies that was a box office flop but became a cult favorite. It came out about the same time as E.T. and everyone was more interested in the feel good movie. I'm anxious and apprehensive at the same time to see the sequel.
Better bring this guy along, too. I bet he likes to party.

I'm really curious if @GTO, @cyrocksmypants (aka DC) or @SCyclone have ever seen either of these.I feel like I need to watch this.
Our CF resident movie reviewer, Dahlia, has a thread on it.
I read these two posts backwards and was really hoping that Dahlia had a movie review about The Disco Exorcist.I feel like I need to watch this.

Se7en was dark as they come, but it was really well done. That cast of Freeman, Spacey and Pitt pulled it off extremely well. Add in R. Lee Ermey as the chief and what more could you ask for?
It was one of those movies that I really liked, but I couldn't bring myself to watch it again. I found that impressive.
Also impressive was the fact that the phrase "What's in the box?" became an iconic phrase for awhile, especially when you consider the background story for the question.
