Welp 1st longer ride of the yr in, 28 miles 1 big hill no walk of shame on the hill so I'll count it as a win. Douchey drivers 0, sprayers in fields 4, cute female bikers 1 (that was a shock!) lady roller bladers in thongs 0. Yes Boxster's rides are more interesting than mine.

Bowl of ice cream for lunch added walnuts to it and had a glass of milk with it, so I'll count it as healthy. By the way my hill climbing suuuuucked, yes I'm out of practice/shape.

Thanks for reminding me that my knees hurt. Was doing okay (got about 300 miles in) until the last ride.

You still doing the Minnesota work thing this summer? Might be doing an informal alumni ride to Excelsior next Sunday weather dependent. If it rains too much in the days prior will probably not do because the trail is gravel. It's nice fine grade gravel (< 3/8") but sorta messy on the bikes if it been wet.

Edit: Looked at long range forecast. Convinced it is going to be cloudy and rainy all summer. :(

Searing some flesh of the salmon on the grill to go with my seeds of maze and fermented juice of the grape. And it not even rain. FTW.

Eating supper at 9 pm is such a Boxster thing. I need a better schedule.

All that **** is headed our way too.

yeah this morning DH said it didn't really look like rain so I watered the garden and flowers today. That was probably wasted time, ha. Hope it doesn't hail, I'll be very sad if my little garden and flowers get ruined.

You’re the prego one with time on your hands. I just heard about it. Leveled several bins out there.

I'm short on time and height. I was more wondering why someone else hadn't started a storm day thread as per CF tradition. Unless today wasn't expected to be volatile.

Looks like it's going to be a late night. Supposed to arrive around 4am. I have to stay up if I know tornadic storms are coming. I don't like storms like I used to.

I'll say this about Australian Pink Floyd, if you are going to hang your hat on being a tribute band, go big and be the best.

And, yeah, bored and flipping channels. Just killing time till I break out some key lime pie.
