BDJ is also 4 years older. Vaughn is still getting his feet wet. I am very happy we got BDJ when we lost Vaughn, but I wish we had both and think both would be extremely successful here. And talent has NEVER been the issue with BDJ. He has always had that.

If RV is one and done ISU got the better player. The importance of landing one of these 5* recruits has to do with long term recruiting and showing Fred can get them to lottery pick status.

I think it's pretty clear that both Vaughn and BDJ are great players. If we could only have one of them for a year, BDJ is the guy. If, for some reason, Vaughn were to stay for more than one year, he's probably the more valuable player at that point just because he has more eligibility. Fortunately I think Vaughn is gone after this year, so BDJ looks like the better player.

Not if he guy that replaces BDJ is better than Vaughn as well.
