This is definitely not good news. As much contact as we supposedly have with him, you wouldn't think they're be surprises. Wouldn't want to try to tell anyone else how to think, but better that I expect he's not coming and then anything different would be a pleasant surprise.

Maybe not a big deal but I was just hit with a flashback.The day before the Okie State game I noticed RV and Seanna Johnson (stud WBB freshman on ISU for those who don't know) going back and forth on twitter. They've known each other since growing up in Minnesota and seem to have a great relationship. She also has been trying to sway him to ISU for a while now and are in contact quite a bit from what I can tell.
I definitely don't think this is a bad thing as we lead up to a day that is up there with Christmas on many of our calendars for the year... (Is that sad?:twitcy

-Hoiberg was supposed to go to Vegas, but didn't because of the weather.
-Staff didn't know he was announcing until everyone else found out.
My guess: Vaughn told Hoiberg his decision Sunday night or Monday morning (whether it's us or not) and Hoiberg didn't tell anyone before the game so they could keep their focus on the task at hand.

Still have no idea why you want to play there. They have great talent and lose to ******* teams while we have the perfect coach for someone like him, a top 25 team and an obvious winnable starting spot at SG. Just don't get it...
