So here is how I see it going down. During the Delta Dental Smile-cam segment on Saturday, RV shows up on the video board, smiles, puts on an ISU hat and says "I'm comin' to Ames. RV...OUT!"

IF this happened, we might hear Hilton at it's all-time loudest.

I would be willing to bet Rashad Vaughn will be hated by Iowa State fans more than Harrison Barnes 4 years from now.

I will take that bet.....Harrison Barnes......Ames, Iowa, 1st offer was from ISU, played at Hilton, announced in Ames, Iowa. Big slap in the face to ISU.

Even if Vaughn does not come here, take a second and look at what we'd have to work with next year even if we missed on EVERY other recruit:

That's still a tournament team. On paper, I'd say that team is about as good as the Cyclones were in '12-'13.

Yea, he's not make or break to the program like Barnes was perceived to be. That being said, it would be nice to get that boost up to the next level next year, instead of continuing to grind it out at the level we're currently at for a few more seasons.

Our games at 3, which would be 1 PM local time where RV is at. I could see him wanting to get it done earlier in the day (especially if he has games that afternoon). I'll bet we know before tip-off.

Most people on here that have heard something are probably wrong. I doubt many people close to RV even know where he is going. I am going to sit back and just take in the facts. He has taken an OV to ISU and UNLV. He cancelled the other three. I don't feel like you cancel a free visit to a school you want to go to, but that part is an opinion.

UNLV really doesn't have much to offer, other than that he will play mostly inferior competition. Their coach has proven he can't coach.

With Selden likely coming back I don't know why he would go to Kansas, same with Kentucky and the Harrison twins.

ISU has a starting spot available, an NBA style of play, and a coach that he admittedly loves as well as an atmosphere that he was impressed by

In order of how shocked I will be

1. UNLV
2/3. KU/UK
4. UNC
5. ISU

Dave Rice is the western Scott Drew.

UNLV is almost more understandable than recruiting to Baylor because they can sell the Las Vegas area to some recruits, and they have good fan support. Scott Drew just has religion and hypnosis.
