I watched the Cyclones drill the Hawks in 1994, Tim Floyd's first season. Went with my uncle who was a huge Hawk fan.

I won't make a huge effort to go back. Watching any game in Hilton is far more fun...although I'm sure going to Carver would be a lot cheaper!

Get her an Uber.

The surgery is in the early morning on Wednesday.

She's just not going to be very mobile (if at all) for a few days after.

I can't leave her alone with an infant for ~6 hours unable to walk much on her own or carry anything.

2010 was Hoiberg's first year and he must hsve won in IC.
You are correct. I meant say to say the 2010-2011 season was Hoiberg’s/Fran’s first season, which ISU won that game in IC.

Living in CR, I enjoy the years Cyhawk is in IC because it gives me the chance to go to a game closer to home. I've attended every one since 2006, with the exception of Covid 2020 when no fans were allowed.

In years past, I've had to act quick to secure tickets. Surprised how many tickets remained this year, but that speaks to the level that Iowa's program has fallen to.

So she can't catch you when you run out the door to go to the game. Perfect.

If it was her on her own I'd abandon her in a second.

Just move her bowls close to her on the couch and make sure they had water and food before I go.

But I can't leave the baby with her and I can't take her with me.

Been to Iowa City twice in my life, once in college and once in high school for a baseball tri-header against Iowa City West and one of the Davenport schools. Our coaches oldest played there and youngest was committed so we got a tour of their facilities, and it was nauseating. No interest in going back ever again

2014 we blasted them 90–75. It gave birth to one of the mount Rushmore Iowa State gifs.
