I understand your point and it makes sense to a degree from an organizational standpoint. However, for the posters like myself who only venture to the forums about once a day or so, maybe twice a day, this thread is very helpful. It's nice to have it in one consolidated place!

Hope we can snag a couple of these guys!

How can you NOT like the megathreads on certain players that have 100 pages dating back 2+ years?

Boo. Now I have to remember my Cliff Notes version is on page 3.

Give it a few weeks and there will only be threads titled "Stuff", "Basketball Stuff" and "Football Stuff". Your 1-stop shop for thousands and thousands of very dated posts with no clear place to find the real info!

According to the OP, Brooks is hosting ISU for an in-home visit today. Let's hope we hear of an official visit for one of the upcoming weekends!

Just saw a tweet listing us, Purdue, SMU , & Kansas with Brooks. Am I the only one tired of seeing Kansas on the list of about everybody we recruit? On the other hand, I guess that's a good thing in that it usually means they're good recruits.

I love that KU is on Brooks because of the Juiston situation. I was hoping they would get involved

They have one scholarship left. I'll give them Brooks and take Juiston for sure

Fair Trade. I like Brooks and want him to come to Ames but that trade helps ISU more next year than it would KU. I also view Brooks and Morrow as similar players and likely only take one of the two. We would already have a replacement visitor lined up.

I was gonna keep the info updated but i'm not gonna update info on the 3rd page of another thread.
Sorry this was probably my fault... I did not mean to beat you up, as the content was pretty great! You probably need to put 'Official....' in the thread name....

Another thread I start gets closed. What a surprise.

Dude, it was on the exact same topic as this thread, which had already been created and pinned by one of CF's staff writers. It wasn't even a gargantuan, unmanageable thread either. Only 3 pages long at the time you posted your copycat thread.

I'm note sure what exactly you're whining about anyway. You put up a thread every year on additions and subtractions of the conference. It's is a great one and it's awesome to see it every year. Which threads of yours get closed?

You leave the other five open, but mine the most detailed of any thread created about the topic gets deleted. Makes sense.

I don't keep track of the threads I've gotten closed. I know that you have been butt hurt arguing with me before and banned me for basically nothing a couple of times though. So there's that.
