Starting with TJ seems to be more about setting the tone (on and off the court and at practice) than it is about minutes. We've also seen starters subbed out within 2 minutes. I don't really care who starts.
100%. Who cares who starts. Minutes are all that matters in the end and Gabe, or anyone who's struggling, will play less with a deeper roster.

I'm hopeful that Gabe focuses more on the shots inside, but I also think he could get his deep game going too. It's obviously in his head a bit, as he was missing some of those horribly at times.

Pretty sure we were told Blount was the connection here.

The Cyclones, along with the Illinois Fighting Illini, were rumored to be two of the top teams vying for Williams’ services next year, and beyond. Though much of ISU’s staff was high on Williams, Cyclones assistant coach Daniyal Robinson has incredibly strong Chicago ties, which certainly did not hurt Iowa State in this race for the former Owls’ player.

Robinson and the Cyclones have landed NBA player Talen Horton-Tucker, and longtime center George Conditt IV, among others from the Chicago area in the last few years.

Did anyone follow Temple basketball this year? His game log is very interesting. At the end of the season, Williams had a 7 game span where he averaged 36 mpg and 12 ppg. Then, the last two games of the season he played 12 minutes and 17 minutes, scoring a total of 8 points, and wasn't in foul trouble. That seems really weird.

Presumably related to the labrum injury he recently had surgery on.
