Who all was at the game for recruits? They must have been some what impressed with us upsetting Iowa and the atmosphere in the crowd. It was a great game to watch on TV and wish I could have been there in person.

I saw a kid who's first name was LJ, he had a name tag on his letter jacket and that's all I know.

Could have also been LJ Gamblin from Lincoln on the South Side.

LJ gamblin is a beast i play for roosevelt and saw him last night he made at least 20 tackles he is by far their best all around athlete

I dont think LJ Gamblin is a great player unless hes really stepped up his game. But i really hope it helps with the recruiting of Ellington and Supo Sanni!

If a kid is even remotely a player in IA, he will get invited to a game. Heck I was on the sideline for a game my Sr. year.

no lj was making almost every tackle for lincoln from the MLB spot he may not have the top end speed for isu but he is really good

Saw the 2 bball recruits art the scrimmage. Rget looked like Harrison Barnes, who is great for a soph in high school. He was the best guard on floor. Boozer was next.

I was probably more excited about how the game went because of all the recruits (football and basketball) that were there. I think that is where the importance of this win comes in. It had to show recruits how exciting it is at ISU, and showed football recruits that Chizik already is proving his coaching ability. The announcers on Versus were calling this a cornerstone of the foundation for Chizik. I'd agree with that.
