Are you kidding? McDermott is the head coach. He hired Robinson. Whether Robinson is a good coach/recruiter, or sucks, the responsibility still falls on the head coach's shoulders. You know, the guy making a million bucks a year? He and Pollard have managed to destroy the ISU men's basketball program in 4 years. Amazing.

Drob was making about 117K/year also. I doubt he will make that much at Houston, but I might be surprised.
