Use a good black tank treatment, flush with plenty of water, and rinse/clean black tank often and you wont have a problem.

A lot of the stigma around the dreaded RV black tank is created by people who do not know how to use it correctly.

The legal answer is, YOU BETTER DO NEITHER. I own a hog facility and it is against the rules to have the toilet from the office go in with the hog manure. The human waste has to go into a septic system and be pumped and verified by legal authorities. It is so bad that you may not mix it with animal waste and have it go out on a field and get used as fertilizer.

Cavemen didn't stay in concentrated RV lots with thousands of other cavemen. One person dumping their tank somewhere they shouldn't really isn't too big of a deal. Everyone doing it is a problem.

True story. Friend bought an older RV that was used as a rental. Took it on some trips with buddies over the years. One was Mardi Gras so you can imagine what that was like with a bunch of guys. His wife asked him to take his daughters cheerleading team to a road game after the RV had been unused for a couple of years. About half way to the game, one of the girls went to use the toilet and they all started gagging and throwing up. He stopped and they all ran for the door and stood on the shoulder. He had NEVER emptied the black tank which was full, didn’t realize that was necessary.

Urine is sterile. Poo isn’t. So there is a human/environmental health issue.

Not only are they closing dumping facilities there's a longer term plan to close most of them permanently.

Surprised with the money involved to establish that Village, and the money involved with the folks that use it, that there isn't a dump station on site.

Folks with clout might want to bring it up to the athletic department.
