Mish's Global Economic Trend Analysis concludes that huge banks are currently at risk of failing and that Citigroup will not survive in its current form. It also concludes that the current banking problems run far deeper than the S&L mess of the 1980s.

I suppose that is entirely possible.

So, where are the folks who were threatening to sue the banks into oblivion for "red-lining" back a few years ago???

I mean, it's every American's "right" to own more house than they can afford, isn't it????
