I wouldn't spend much time trying to figure it out. These really don't mean much. I would say Creighton (post-Doug) and Iowa are pretty evenly matched in my mind.

Interesting if Nebby did in fact handle K-State.

both teams are kind of learning to play without their stars.

Plus since it is not a real game they probably take the opportunity to try different things.

Myles Turner is supposed to be the big man on campus, but is not starting.
I would expect Iowa to beat the Jays post Doug
K State getting whooped when they are supposed to be a top 5 team in the big 12.

Yeah this is what I was thinking. Creighton won't be nearly as good without the NPOY. If they're keeping up with Iowa without McBuckets that means good things for Creighton and bad things for Iowa.

I think the dissing here of Nebraska is based more on program history than current reality. Creighton won't be the best Nebraska team this year. Both NU MBB and WBB are not the programs of our old Big 8/12 days with them.

Correction: K-State is a top 4 team according to the Big 12 coaches

If we go by what the coaches are voting, the Big 12 could be in for a rough year ;-)

It will be fun to hear on ISU/Minn, but they're just early scrimmages. Not concerned one way or the other with K-STate and Nebraska. If they meet in March then I will be interested.
