Seeing ignored poster content

I might be doing something wrong but I consistently see content from posters I ignore. I checked my settings and cannot see anything obvious. Help?

The best thing to do is tell us who it is so we can double check your bug

Are you logged in when you see their posts?

Sometimes my browser will clear cache/stored password and ignored poster threads show.
