But we are still trying to get two more interviews, and we were still interviewing today after Campbell?
Yes, that information getting out would be wonderful. We have people crying like someone just slit a puppy's throat in front of the picture window of an orphanage over things that may not even be true for the interviews that did happen, so let's start speculating about who we did not interview for the job.
We need RECRUITERS.
And I worry that Campbell has this punchable face somewhat like Pollards'

ISU was working under the assumption that Campbell was the guy and cancelled a series of interviews (atleast 2, possibly 3). Things leaked too early today and further discussions were had (though not sure if in person or on the phone, possibly one of each).
It would seem that Campbell's side was trying to force the hand of others and it may be having unintended consequences for all parties. Numbers were discussed but nothing had been accepted (some say anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5).
So to those that accuse me of being too general, I've been incredibly detailed and accurate once again and will still get bashed. Track record is around 95% but clearly haters gonna hate.
The mid-range big 12 coaching salary isn't for coaches just starting their job. I would expect to pay less than that. Market rate for Campbell is probably in the 1.5-2.5 range. That isn't low-balling it is just what it is. Now if there are competing offers and we won't raise our offer that is failing to pay a market rate.
I believe you. But you talk about how your track record is 95%, but no one but you has any idea if that is true.
For example, we will never really know if interviews were cancelled. We won't ever know what the first offer for Campbell was.
And honestly, you are the most sensitive person I've ever seen. No one has bashed you in this thread. I certainly don't feel like I am bashing you, but with you sensitive disposition, I'm sure you feel attacked by me.

Do I have to stop being a Cyclone fan because CPR got fired? You know how close we were to beating Iowa, Toledo, OSU, and KSU? This team was clearly better than last year, just like I said. Didn't reach a bowl like they were capable of though, but they were going in the right direction and it'll carry over to next year reguardless of who the coach is.
Well, reschedule the interviews and it may be we only have Toledo to compete with or he takes Mizzou anyway. We could bid them up a little.
