Exactly what I was thinking with a reply to someone earlier.

My preference would be that Campbell learns offense from a time period after the world wars, but if he's all in on playing like that, Paul Chryst being on the staff is a good idea.

That's true. but a lot of what's wrong with our offense isn't offensive philosophy. I don't know if receivers dropping balls, OL not run-blocking, or QB not being able to check down receivers is coaching related. But it seems like it should come under his watch

I think Cryst is a decent guy, but was never a coach where I thought "Wow, he'd be great to have on our staff".
