The players might be disappointed they don't get to go to the pirate ship at the Ramada.
I love the idea of the game. Pac12 opponent, new venue in an area with a lot of Cyclone fans, national television. What isn't there to like?

I think the Corn Palace game was last year's game against Gonzaga that turned into South Carolina in Brooklyn.
For those going to the game you will enjoy the venue. I watched Wichita State/Memphis there last year. For those complaining about it being in Sioux Falls - Get over it! To be playing in a game set for national television in a unique arena is better than not because there is no respect for your program. I have to drive four hours anytime I want to see the Clones. great to have them nearby.

BTW, Augie is a good basketball team. There players are quality players. That being said, a serious power conference team shouldn't lose to them.
This is right, we were going to play the Zags there but it fell through and we were late in the game looking for a major conference opponent. That's why we had the somewhat awkward fit of playing South Carolina in New York City.
