That's what I've never understood about the smoking policy at Hilton (during concerts, not athletic events) - left handed cigs are A-OK, but the tobacco version are not. I've seen the event staff tell one guy to put out the smoke, while the guy next to him was puffing away on a joint... always seemed odd.

my point exactly. If you're looking to go tailgating and are expecting it to be the height of morality, lawfulness, and good manners you've got one heck of a wakeup call coming to you. Whether it be loud music, smoking, drinking, drug use, lewd behavior, public urination, or foul language you can expect to find them all. Like it or not, all those things are part of the tradition that makes up the atmosphere. And even if they wanted to, authorities couldn't stop people from doing it.
