It was an update from just yesterday so I'd be surprised if anything changes soon as far as testing requirements. It also doesn't say you shouldn't be tested if asymptomatic, just that you don't technically need to be tested.I had an asymptomatic neighbor get tested yesterday due to contact tracing. So apparently Iowa is not strictly adhering to CDC guidelines.
