This is complete and utter crap. I'm pretty sure their phone lines could be tied up with nothing but angry Cyclones for months on end if we tried hard enough. I know I will be giving them a call and drafting a few letters. A letter a day from a large group of people could be effective as well. If he was the one that was paid it would make sense, but he wasn't. You can't penalize him simply for being a good player.I hate to be a Debbie Downer about this, but I think Lucca was the key to a breakout year for this team. The NCAA is so draconian that they can go around meting out punishment without it fitting the crime in any way. (And in this case there was no crime on Lucca's part.)
