Their calls on the goal line for both teams were also terrible. 2-3 refs would come running in to stop the play then just look at each other waiting for someone else to make the call. About 10 seconds later they would apparently flip a coin and either rule a touchdown or mark the ball a FULL YARD short of the goal line.

There was a chick ref at the game tonight. She seeme to be in training too as the staff was frequently talking to her in a teaching manner.

Never seen a crew require so many meetings to figure out the call to make. They were terrible. Really tried to screw us with the clock at the half. Also missed a PI on the pick we threw, and stole a clean interception from Broomfield. But, since we won we can just laugh about it rather than being mad as hell.

I was floored that there weren't about 3 hankies on the field on Tulsa's 4th and 5 touchdown. ISU's dback was doing everything he could to draw a flag and he couldn't get one. Ultimately it didn't matter since Roberson made a great play. If his play last night was any indication he is the real deal. He certainly bailed out his "quarterback" on the other TD when he took away what appeared to be a sure INT.

When a player goes OB with more than 2:00 remaining in a half, the clock is restarted on the ready for play (instead of the snap). That change was made in 2008.

As quickly as the referee was restarting play tonight, you might not have even noticed the clock stop -- however briefly.

Change to clock was adopted to put college in line with the NFL and the reason in both cases is so television can run more commercials while keeping the game withing an allotted time slot.

This was the one call I noticed that hasn't been mentioned but I figured it was just me. Don't remember who it was, but he clearly was shoved when he went down, which led to the interception. Had he not gone down, it would've been incomplete or a catch for us.

In addition, IF that wasn't a PI, the PI on George shouldn't have been called, as 1. the receiver wasn't even looking towards the ball 2. the ball wasn't catchable to begin with
