There’s no question why UT gave in to OU and used the “break the glass in case of emergency” option.
They could easily surpass Baylor’s numbers if successful in the Big 12, but all they see is a near automatic bump with SEC opponents. Plus money and recruiting advantages
Someone's going to have to explain to me why Texas is so valuable to networks. Are the networks just wrong? Banking on them becoming a powerhouse again?
