Sorry if this is in a different thread, but do any of you guys have suggestions for possible street parking or other non-lot related options for game day?

I sometimes park over in moly bio and walk if it's a nice day. I don't get a chance to make it to campus often and it's nice to revisit, and getting in and out is easy.

find the closest spot on the side of the street that says 'no parking on Saturdays.' They never ticket anyone
Park in the West Ames HyVee and pay the $1 for CyRide. You’ll be dropped off in front of CYStephens. Afterward you’ll be picked up across the street.

In 2019 when the grass lots were closed for most of the season due to all the rain we got the ramp across from Gerdin filled up quick but there were other lots in that area free to park at that is not a bad walk to JT. The earlier you got there was the key too. If you are willing to risk a ticket or possible tow on a residential street closer to the stadium you may as well just pay the $20 and park in one of the GA lots.

Used to park in the Union ramp and walk over past CY Stephens and through the tailgating lots.

Are any of those things even still there? Other than the tailgating lots.

Thanks! How early does that usually fill up?

That one fills up early. We have only gotten in it a few times. There is a regular group that gets on the bottom level at the crack of dawn. It’s a fun atmosphere and an easier walk than some of the stadium public lots.
