Great posts. So what would a college football stadium's serviceability limit be, and have we exceeded it if it's indeed giving people motion sickness.

1) I'm not a structural engineer, but I did get a Civil Eng. degree from ISU.

2) My structural engineering teachers were Max Porter, Fouad Fanous, and Wally Sanders and they were very very good.

3) I think the motion sickness is directly proportional to the amount of alcohol consumption prior to the game.

4) The closer we approach and more often that we approach the serviceability limit of the stadium, the more success we are achieving on the field and for the season.:spinny:

I sit up there every game and it did move more than I had ever felt before at Iowa game .! Made alot of fans around me nervous cause lady behind us was pretty nervous about it ! I wasn't worried at the time , did wonder about it as an after thought.
