All you old dudes sound the same to me. T9 has great songs, monotonous my ass.I'm sorry, but all that crap sounds the same to me. Monotonous and repetitive.

So '(not kid/work friendly)' is hard to add to a subject line in 2016 when a song is posted that includes curse words in the first two lines?
There are times when cursing/bad language has a place in all music regardless of genre in order to be effective.
Using bad language just because it exists comes off as absolutely phony...the OP's song proves that.
There are places when someone's rapping and rhyming but doesn't have to curse to make it profound, no matter it's place in time or timing. But I guess more songs would need to be heard to understand that concept.
Wait...you're using Bob Dylan as an example of "rapping or rhyming"?
Rapping is a blanket statement that doesn't define a specific style/genre of music speed has nothing to do with it, it is just spoken or chanted rhyming lyrics, so everyone from Bob Dylan, to Tech N9ne, to Taylor Swift has done some form of "rapping" in their songs. I think you meant hip-hop, which Dylan does not fit into. What Dylan does is lyricism at it's finest, but it is not hip-hop.It's a facepalm to have someone ask that, in comparison to the OP's song. Is it all that dissimilar since it's a fairly fast paced rhyming of words?
Especially since it's much more complicated and quicker paced than what the OP put up there.
Look up the definition of rap and let me know if the way someone like Dylan rattled rhymes off isn't in there.

Tech N9ne is clearly an outlier in the hip-hop game, and always has been, I would expect less than 5% of the people on here to truly listen to him regularly. I have some songs I like by him, but I would never promote him as someone I am a fan of. But if you know anything about Tech N9ne you wouldn't have clicked on the video because that's just who he is. McDonough has been linked with Tech N9ne and his crew for a while because of them being from KC, the OP said it was NSFW in his description, I get posters on here saying they don't like the song because that is their opinion, but the OP has every right to share something that is about a former ISU player.
Might have been edited and added later, but when I first read it I saw one. I get your point about the putting it in header though, simple fix.Totally agree on the hip hop portion...don't believe I ever put that it in there. I also don't believe there was a NSFW from first posting...could very well be wrong.
I would recommend the next time you share a song on here, advise that it's not work/kid friendly in the title.
Part of putting something out there, and sharing it, is the ability to take criticism.
Cool if someone's doing projects if they enjoy it...I typically lose interest very quickly when that kind of language is used and forced into the first two lines...this was no different.
I'm basically a prick like that though...like how I'll never catch the Dave Mathews fever just because the guy flops his legs around and attempts to scat sing during a 'jam'.
