Can you imagine a team of Royce, Georges, Ejim, Kane, Tyrus, etc on a team together? I have no idea who would be willing to play, but it would be an incredible team to watch

I don't care who starts but you better bet your asses that Ellerman will be the last dude off the bench.

If Royce would have (illogically) stayed one more year, him with everyone except Kane would have been pretty good. Him and Niang would have been interesting.

If I have to choose 11...
Points: Garrett, Kane
Wings: Babb, McGee, Christopherson, Nader, Clyburn
Posts: Ejim, White, Brackins

Round it off with any of McKay, JVB, Edozie (he's still playing in UK I think?)

I don't know who my 11 would be, but I would choose Jake Sullivan over a lot of guys. I was told he played on the old timers team against the state of Iowa players last year and still looked great on both sides of the ball.

Agree on Sullivan. Throw in Damion Staple for down low, Curtis Stinson could probably run the point, Marquis Gilstrap as the enforcer, and we need another shooter, so probably Sean Haluska or Jon Neal.

When did Jake ever look good on defense?

I've always wondered how Niang and Royce would have looked together. Hypothetically I wonder how Niang's freshman season would have gone had Royce stayed..Not a sure thing he would have gotten many starts as a true freshman

Georges would have been warming the bench with Naz and Kerwin had Royce stayed another year. It worked out better for all parties, minus Royce. With Royce the end result may have been better, but we still might have gotten upset in the first two rounds of the crap shoot that is the NCAA Tournament. I'm glad things played out they way they did and we got to watch fat Niang as a freshman

I don't know. Niang could have cleaned up on all the bunnies that Royce dished out.

He would have played over Booker and Percy.

Fred knew how good Georges was. He would have found a place for him to contribute.
