I'd wait until the end of the week, and if you still don't have them, contact the ticket office. If it comes down to it you should be able to log on to your account on cyclones.com ticketmaster and print off tickets for a small fee. But the ticket office could probably offer more advice

If you have a smartphone, you can probably just use that, too.
I'd log into your account and check. Also, what jordan said. Sometimes, it seems like there's a select few that have this drag out, but it works out in time for next week.

I bought several sigle game tickets from ticketmaster the day they went on sale and have not received those yet Just the season tickets so far I believe ticketmaster takes at least 2 weeks to ship
