idk if this is a W problem so much as it's the younger players not being anywhere close to good enough to beat the older players out for a spot on the roster. add in the fact that there are only 12 teams, and there just aren't a lot of roster spots
NBA has the same thing happening...LBJ (39), CP3 (39), KD (35), Curry (36) are all better imo than 99% of players leaving college and taking a run at the league. nobody is going to cut a Lebron or KD for a rookie. same goes for a player like Taurasi who is in her 40s in the W
