Tired of our last second offense

At least good a good shot, or take it to the hole for a foul. I think we need to play through Georges in the clutch. Not happy with CSP's late game coaching. More than one game where we did not get a good shot.

Jay Williams, who I respect, just said the same thing. He does not understand taking the three. As he said, put pressure on the bucket, maybe make the ref make a call. It might not win you the game, but it is a lot smarter than casually bringing the ball up, dribble nowhere and then fire up a three. We did the same thing against TT. Very frustrated with our late game execution.

Prohm needs to get his butt in gear and not have Monte be the bomber after playing so many minutes with tired legs.

It would be wonderful if Prohm would actually take a time out and draw something up when we have the last possession instead of telling Morris to go figure it out himself.

He would be able to if he wasn't calling time outs with 4 minutes left after we make a 3 to gain momentum just so Baylor can get their s**t together.

We seem to do that a good amount. No idea why we call TOs right when we're gaining momentum.

Seriously, why does Morris casually dribble up the floor in a tie game with 9 seconds left and launch a contested 3? Get the **** up the floor and actually get a good shot. Niang barely touched the ball at the end of regulation.

Not exactly sure.
Prohm is over his head in the Big 12

No, Morris believes he can win every game so he has started jacking threes up. The ball has been in his hands at the end of several games, they know he won't pass. Prohm has drawn plays and not drawn plays but Morris is jacking threes lately all the time. Doubt that's what he wants. Monte hasn't had success at the end since the big xii tourney.

Offense isn't the problem. Our defense sucked. It was on full display in OT.
This is true. However, when given the chance to win at the buzzer, we need better execution....IMO. I have reluctantly come to the conclusion that we do not have the depth, mindset or players to play good defense. It's out score them or lose.
