Pretty awesome read. After reading that we should definitely appreciate the fact that he chose to come to ISU. I know we have a lot of attractive things to offer but it seems like Cambell is the type of guy that could have easily taken more "attractive" offers from more successful programs. .

I really, really, really like Campbell, but let's not pretend that Alabama was going to hire him if ISU didn't. The guy is a real up and comer, but he is also the youngest head coach at a power 5 school. Not a lot of successful program would take a chance on him.

Hopefully ISU and Campbell is a prefect match.

Alabama wouldn't have given Saben his first HC job either. It's kind of common sense he's young and starts somewhere, just like any other coach.
