I'm assuming yes, because that's why he's here. If he's not yet cleared, then why didn't he show up several weeks ago and be with the team while he waited for results on that?

I'm guessing the hold up may have been because ISU wasn't going to give him a scholarship if he wasn't cleared by the NCAA.
