Basch is buddy buddy with all the penn state guys. It’s no secret Woods was a fan of the hawks as a kid. I don’t take his opinion very far
I think PSU may be the one doing some of the snitching which gives his opinion even more weight imo.
If PSU is doing that, it’s the most hypocritical **** I have ever seen. PSU boosters have been paying off student loans for guys after they move on for years.
That was a staple for ISU when Nick was coach. Same thing went on at sui for some of their sports.

Interesting. Chenzo just seems salty now he’s throwing out claims. Stanford has more money than anyone. If it were about money they’d find a way to pay. This has been going on for decades in football and basketball but wrestling? It’s a non revenue generating sport that 99% of people don’t care about. I will believe it when athletes tell us from their own mouth how much and who’s paying them. Hundreds of thousands of dollars to come wrestle for a school for a year or two? I’m not buying it.
Yeah I also took it as someone that was salty. I also don't care either way. If we pay for championships and better teams I am all for it. Just win baby!
To further my point.. That basketball coach from a program no one has heard of in a conference no one knows anything about, Saint Peter's, he made $266k salary in 2019. Brands made $190k salary in 19/20. I have no idea if these kids are getting paid much if anything, nor do I think the ncaa cares much. Interesting to see if ncaa does anything though
