TJ has work to do. Center and SF could each use a starter from the portal.
None of our new freshmen can slide over?

A center is an absolute must. Cannot go into next year starting BRE

Id like a SG off the bench as well. After Grill that position is going to be very thin

He needs to learn how to defend without fouling. He will get more touches if he’s actually in the game. His per 40 minute fouls have never been less than 5 and have been more than 6, 3 out of 4 years.

Defending without fouling is a problem for most of our team. Like Osun, Grill, Gabe, Lipsey, and Bob he is prone to body fouls. The frustrating part is many of our fouls occur when we are in great position. King had one yesterday where a KSU player was pinned on the baseline. King jumped into him and bodies him out of bounds. It was our team in a nutshell.

King can also have issues with collapsing too far on defense, losing awareness of his man, and getting burned on ball rotations/skip passes for 3s. It's something our opponents have increasingly attacked and it's a team wide issue. Too much over-help, collapse/lag, and scrambling.

He's our best post player. If only Osun would work as hard as posting up/establishing position as King and Jones.

Cracks me up how you think your responses are absolute and beyond approach.

Ok, let me try again

Oh shucks, I really hope we get a center. I hope thats ok with TJ, I really dont want to upset the team and hurt feelings.

And oh gee willikers, I'm so afraid to say I want to see another guard. But that would make me happy. Oh no, that's not ok. What about the walk on guard? Cant forget about him. I fear the team may be ruined because of my words. Oh boy oh boy oh no

Smart ass response aside, do you think we're good at SG and Center? Or are you just pissed someone's disagreeing with you again

It seems like we make it a point to get Rob the ball in the post but don't pass to Osun or King as much when they're posting up. It's weird. And this isn't me bashing on Rob he's played better the last couple games but Osun and King are better on the block Imo. And yes on days when Holmes and Gabe are awful on offense we definitely need to try something else.
I dont disagree. But..See also; this is what opposing defenses let happen as well

Hmm, read all this. For some reason I'm not going to jump on the hand wringing bandwagon. That reason is TJ and his staff, more than likely they will have us in the tourney 2 yrs in a row. While most thought we would still be rebuilding. Good enough for me.

So you consider yourself everyone. Good to know.

I think we need a starting center and sniper that can match up with SFs along side Grill.

I don't mind it. More shooting is something I'd like

The question about our freshman forwards was legit BTW. I actually do not know.

It's not even 'let'. Guys like Jones and King fight for position. Osun was literally running around setting screens instead of focusing on the block. I mean, you can't get the ball into the post when he's literally no where near the post.

It would have been amazing if one of the journalists notices and asked Or in his presser. I would have been curious at his response.

We definitely need another guard but unfortunately snipers don’t come cheap in the portal.

Not too much to expect from a top 25 recruit, but I hope Biliew is our starting SF day 1 with Watson spelling him off the bench. Then the combination of Tre King, Momcilovic and Fish at the 4.

I would agree our biggest need in the portal is a scoring guard. We need a kid who can drive and is athletic enough to finish in the paint and be a consistent 3 point shot. It's a tall order, but fortunately there is one thing plentiful at G5 programs- solid guards.

It would be nice to get another post to go with Ward and Jones. But IMO a dynamic guard is almost must. The only way it isn't, is if Williams was lighting it up before his injury or Eli King looks great in practice, but TJ is playing the 5th year guys (the later is drinking some serious kool-aid).
