Don't forget the DJ and his buddy in the booth above the UConn student section. That made the trip.

Ha! I forgot to mention them....I don't even have words to describe it...but i'll never forget him blaring "Welcome to the Jungle" on EVERY ISU 3rd down and screaming things like: "THIS AINT OVER, WE NEED YOU NOW UCONN, COME ON RENTSCLER FIELD, I NEED Y'ALL RIGHT NOW...THIS AINT OVER!"

Until you travel outside of the Midwest, you do not have a sufficient appreciation for the quality of people most of us are accustomed to.

Perhaps what schools such as ISU are most at risk in losing via conference realignment, besides the obvious revenue streams, is the quality of life shared by our long-time conference members.
