Heard Steve Javie once say Shaq was the hardest player he had to officiate. Cuz he got the crap beat out of him, but he also dished it out.. So you let guys play.. The alternative is foul everyone out which nobody wants

Yeah I don’t envy the refs. I give refs the benefit of the doubt and grace anyways because people don’t realize the troubles they have seeing through the trees at bad angles with constant action. I think the only thing I ever knock them for is how often they blow a whistle because they expected a foul or assumed there was one rather than actually seeing it.

I don’t think their other players are that great when Edey doesn’t have to be double teamed.

Well both are surrounded by a bunch of average players.. Without either both of their teams are NIT caliber.

Yeah I like him, don’t like how he’s officiated in many games but I get it’s hard.
