Pretty savvy too for them to jump on this opportunity to get some early season work in. They will be a good distance ahead of the learning curve come this fall.

You said it well. Just to have the opprotunity to work together before anyone else is something to take advantage of.

Saw this a while back - VERY nice for the Panthers. Hope they do us proud.

Could work in two ways. Positive, getting early start on competition. Negative, wearing out those bodies and a possible late-season energy slump.

FYI: There is also a decent blurb about this in the current issue of Sporting News. Talks about McKowen and how the team will struggle without him as they try and implement a form of the triangle offense. He will be there as a grad. asst. but is allowed to play on this overseas tour.

They should have added Mike Taylor. He is available and he can get a shot off if he holds onto the ball. Mike would have been perfect for the fast clock. He went 90 mph.

Mckowen and Stout will be playing. They won't start however as they want to develope their starting line up for the upcoming season. They've had some guys banged up and if they play incoming freshman then they can't redshirt so they need the depth.
