I'm on your side. I like the blacks, especially for this team.We know our original colors had black apart of it.
Actually that was sort of prior to black our uniforms. Gray was very in at the time. That’s why we got the bball ones to have gray in them too.
If you must know (not the smartest but I think it more stubborn of the breed) a nearly 12 y/o dachshund, very loveable and good dog. Had back surgery about 4 years ago which left her with hindend paresis unfortunately. And she's having more trouble with her back now again. We are fretting the day. What kind of dog?
I'm disappointed that we are not going with this on Saturday. Would have been the perfect time to debut this helmet. This would be amazing (or in white)

Really? This has been gone over a thousand times.
Most teams across the country are coming out with some kind of black alternate uniforms because the players love them.
And if you have them... why not let the players decide what they want to wear to some extent?
I wonder how gold numbers trimmed with silver on a black jersey would look. This is true. I've also always wondered though if our original team colors (black, silver, gold) had anything to do with our all black design. The trim on those all blacks is a light grey, kinda' silver and obviously including the gold wouldn't happen 'cause of Iowa. Probably not related but I always wondered.
They. Are. Awful.I despised those greys at home BB games.
We'll be getting black and white uniforms, with a possible trim of cardinal is the last I heard. Probably not for this upcoming season though.They. Are. Awful.
With how the equipment team put out the new coaching sideline gear, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a Trice decal. That'd be cherry on top.I have never understood how a team that is still wearing rip off 1980’s Steelers uniforms thinks they own the color black.
I like the look although I feel this was the perfect game for the Trice stripe helmet.
Not allowed, has the school colors. Wearing black to play the Hawkeyes is smoke on the water/thunder level cheesy
Guys, we're officially off the hook, apparently we're copying Cincinnati now.
This would be amazing (or in white)

If it was the first time the team had worn black I could see where you were coming from. But ISU wearing black is certainly nothing new when you look at the last few years. What does it have to do with the hawkeyes? ISU has worn black against many opponents, many of which have black uniforms in their arsenal as well. Not allowed, has the school colors. I think that’d be the only positive from losing Saturday. That maybe we’d stop wearing these every time we have a big game and only bring them out for a night game 1-2 times a year.OK so we'll see these a lot more if we win? I just think the superstition of wearing unis we win in is sort of childish.
