Aw Phil, the talent is the curse.
The same guy that dunks that eagle on ten makes a four on a hole where you could throw the ball on the green.

That was a great shot of Rose fighting back tears. Really kind of lets you get an idea of how much pressure they are feeling without showing it.

I'm guessing the tears were more from thinking about his dad on Father's Day and winning this major for him since he was such an important figure in his golf career, instead of just being tears from the pressure by the media and fans to win a major.

Craziest shot I saw Sunday was when Stricker just shanked a lay-up shot OB. Crazy to see pros hit it like me!

Also was bad news for Donald (iirc) when he hit the girl volunteer. I have no idea what she was doing standing way over behind that bush, but ever since that shot he just seemed to go downhill fast.

Awesome course!! 17 of the top 27 were non-US golfers, but I guess that shouldn't surprise anyone. Just unbelievable how many lipped/edge putts PM had.

He left a lot of makeable puts on the course yesterday, and he is going to take a lot of crap for it. I kind of feel sorry for him. Well, not really sorry for him, but you know what I mean.

I just came here to pat myself on the back for picking Justin Rose to win. I was off on the score by 10 strokes as I thought the wet course would make it a lot easier but it's still nice to get a pick right. To bad Williams is still kicking my butt in our fantasy pool.

And it wasn't just on Sunday. I didn't see all of Saturday's action, but in what I did see, I recall at least two more.

I'd give it a try from the tee boxes suited to my crappy game. And I do mean the ones the club members in their 70's play from.
Wouldn't matter which tees I play from. According to the app on my phone I only hit fairways at a 56% clip on courses in Central Iowa. I'd be toast.
