I'm fine with paying him good money. But they have got to use him more like McCaffrey in Carolina. This guy is extremely injury prone.

I'm also fine with him holding out and the Vikings not paying a RB a ton of money. Instead use the remaining cap space on a proven guard, d-line depth and a veteran cornerback. You are already in cap hell due to the Cousin contract and the potential COVID impact on next year's cap

Potentially, but they picked up two edge rushers in the draft: Wonnum and
Willekes. The defensive coordinator apparently was very very high on Wonnum, and had had his eye on him for quite a while, so much so that they took him early in the 4th to make sure they got him. Hard to say there will be room for another DE, but Griffin is well liked so you never know.
Did you know that Wonnum was committed to ISU? And then Indiana. And then South Carolina.

There were some people out there questioning if the Ngakoue move had anything to do with Hunter being injured. Ultimately it sounded like the consensus was just that they liked the value and that it wasn't related to DH. IR designation isn't as severe as it was in previous years, but still a bummer to be missing him to start the season. Hopefully the 3 games is all he ends up missing and doesn't string out to many more.
