The guys looked good. With the same intensity, I think we can handle Kent State

Vinas out but Larson gets a TD to be up 2-1 going in to the third. He'll choose down. RT not a factor.

Larson wins it 3-1 after he gets an escape and avoids getting taken down in the third. ISU up 3-0 after the first match.

Big match coming up for Hall.

Hall with a quick TD and then over 2 minutes of RT. But he's still Hall and lets McGuire out with just a few seconds left. He's up 2-1 going in to the 2nd and chooses don to start the period.

I swear he does it on purpose.

Hall gets rode out while getting hit twice for stalling. Tied up 2-2. McGuire down to start the 3rd. RT not a factor.

Just let Boston wrestle 133. He might actually try to do something.

Hall gets a takedown with 16 seconds left to go up 4-3.

He'll probably let McGuire up with 2 seconds left.

Hall somehow remembers he isn't supposed to cut guys and not take them back down. Wins it 4-3. ISU up 6-0 after 2 matches.

That's a good win for Hall but yet another terrible match. Earl is his own worst enemy in matches and has zero mat awareness. He's a senior and acts like a guy wrestling JV as a freshman in high school half the time.

His aggression is disappointing as well. When he puts consecutive attacks together, he converts at a high rate. He just won't pull the damn trigger...That will cost him more and more, especially come post season. And you are 100% correct Judoka, he will only have himself to blame.

Tutolo out quick and that's it for the 2nd period. Meeks down to start the 3rd. RT not a factor. Currently down 0-1

That's the most frustrating part. It isn't like he needs to be gunshy because he's getting countered on his shots or something. His double works!

Meeks gets the TD to win it 3-1. ISU up 9-0 after three matches. Solid win for Meeks.
