I doubt they'd have it ready in time for tonight, but hopefully a strong enough write-in campaign gets it on the ballot for UNI and played for the rest of the season. Start writing e-mails to the Athletic Department as well, I'm sure they ultimately control it more than the online poll and would be more able to coordinate Cy's involvement.
Can I also just say that I appreciate the support for Surfin' Bird. This would easily top the list of awesomely stupid accomplishments that make up my ISU legacy if it actually caught on.
I know this is Thread Necromancy, but I just had a good idea for some stadium music.

If only to follow the recent ONE Nation marketing theme. I also love the song and it would bring a different style of rock into the mix other than AC/DC. The lyrics aren't as relevant as some, but the repetition of "I am One" is what I am thinking about.
As far as Surfin Bird goes, I think this should be implemented directly by the AD and whoever is in charge of the Mascot group. It should happen every game.
