People think all the writers actually watch these games. They don't. They saw we beat Iowa at Iowa and thought that made us a top 25 team. Most of them don't look at stats or watch replays of the game.

Seems a bit premature. Although I do think ISU has a good chance of starting 4-0.

I would like to think that ISU is as good as any other team out there... its just history that makes me think otherwise. Sometimes the ball just doesn't bounce your way. That game against Iowa left more points on the table than any other game I can remember from them. Take away those turnovers and I wonder if Iowa would have even produced that last field goal.

If Iowa State starts 4-0, they'll be in the top 25. Beating a solid C-USA team, a Big 10 team on the road and a Big 12 team (Tech) will get you in the top 25. If we start 5-0, that K-State game will be huge because they will likely be undefeated as well.
