After that segment on the Cincy qb on gameday I'm all for Cincy getting the playoff opportunity. Today was a big step.

You could just substitute “Wisconsin QBs” for Mertz and Coan.

Yes but after that review, a HC cannot challenge the play if he doesn't like the result of the review. That is what happened here. The initial review includes every single aspect of the play, that means there is nothing left to reveiw.
