I won't spoil it, but I enjoyed the homage to another famous music biopic. There was an air of familiarity and I couldn't quite place it for a minute or two, and then it became really obvious.

I don't love Weird Al, don't hate him, but I'm just not a parody song person. I thought the movie was great.

Yeah I don't jump at the chance at anything he's done for a long time but love the idea that he keeps going with it.

And showing up to kill for this type of thing is hard not to like. He's putting his all into it, but he's still very much 'Weird Al'.

This was FANTASTIC.

The world really really really needed a spoof of the music industry biopic genre. It's in the realm of Mel Brooks comedy.

The closing credits song is amazing. If I was an academy voter I would definitely nominate it for best original song.
