How about blythe catching a td right after all the lights in the stadium go out? (ala - early last year?) - might be a little more difficult in an evening game...

My fantasy play: Meyer pitches the ball to Flynn, and Flynn throws the ball downfield, then he runs down the field, and catches his own pass for a touchdown. (Okay, I'm a bit hyper right now.)

Reality: I wanna see Flynn get a touchdown finally.

A tornado takes a 5 yard pass out of Barkema's hands and flies it 40 yards downfield to let Jon Davis score.

A Stevie Hicks breakaway for 80 yards through the heart of ZNebraska defense whereupon he keeps on running out of the stadium just like the Waterboy. THAT WOULD BE PRECIOUS.

I wanna see the play that Lane Danielson made famous - the wr pitch reverse which seneca wallace would fake the handoff to a rb with danielson running across the backfield, taking the pitch, and running it 80 yards for the touchdown. I'd like to see Blythe get that pitch. Or, for a variant, let Flynn get that pitch and turn it into wr pitch reverse option - where Blythe is running down field and, if he's open, Flynn tosses to Blythe, or if he's not, Flynn taking the run for a LONG gain. We have not run that play in many years. It's time to bring it back.

A Brent Curvy runback for as touchdown - hands down. I want to see how fast he runs this year in the open.

And I want to see him to that little spinny-torpedo thing into the endzone again...a la Baylor 2004.

Oh yeah, and I want to see the game decided on the last play...I just puked in my mouth. I've had enough of that for the season! :sweet:

Any play going in for a touchdown.

And any players reading this: DON'T stick the ball out with one had to try to break the plane. Over the last 2 years, this has cost us games and damn near cost us the UNI game as well. The week prior, our TE had a TD with the one handed extention but it was really close to being a fumble out of the endzone. So please, please, hold onto the ball even if it means being tackled at the one. Then let Kock do his thing.

I would like to see blitzing from the entire defense, keep their defensive line guess about where its coming from.

On offense, I'd like to see a little shuffle pass to sumrall. Line them up 5 wide with blythe and sumrall on one side, and flynn, davis and hamilton on the other side. The defenses would be too concerned with the guys on the out side that sumrall could run through the backfield pretty quickly and gain some good yards

Like some people have already mentioned, I would like to see a trick play with Flynn throwing the ball. Either on a reverse or a quick shovel pass to him dropping back from the line at the snap.

If you wanted to run one of those sweep reverses I think Summeral is the guy I want running that because he seems to have the best speed and agility to make some cuts that guys like Flynn or Blythe can't make.

Amen!

Let's work on getting yards and the first down!

This is the best one of all - RUN THE BOOMEROOSKIE AGAINST NEBRASKA.
If you do not know the boomerooskie, ask Garn91.

Here's the play I'd like to see us run...or something like it. We've run it before...just need to keep hitting it. The main reads would be the tight end and Blythe attacking the middle. Where the safety goes...hit the opposite receiver.

ONly one man has ever passed the ball to himself that far downfield. Mr Perfect. No one else is capable. Maybe Blythe. Even Blythe will admit he is not Mr. Perfect.

Notice how it's my "Fantasy Play"?

You see, in my eyes, Flynn IS Mr. Perfect. :sweet:

I like the Flynn to Meyer idea a la Eric Crouch.
Just the thought of that... *Faints*
