When did this board start?

It predates all of human existence; the question you should be asking is when the board created us.
 
Does anyone have a screen shot of why it looked like before the switch over occurred. It sad we never hear from Jeremy anymore. He really created a special message board.
 
wish I did.. I have an original shirt though that I will try and dig up some time.. I was one of the first to stumble onto the site.. it was very similar to some of the other schools forums and was really just you basic forum

I'VE BEEN HERE SINCE APRIL OF 06 WHICH MAKES ME AN ORIGINAL MEMBER. I REMEMBER BACK WHEN JEREMY WOULD JUST POST ARTICLES HE WROTE. THOSE WERE THE DAYS, TOO BAD WE CAN'T GET BACK TO THEM JUST LIKE HILTON MAGIC. TTYL

I'm one of the original guys who came here when Jeremy stated that Rob Jeter, Wisconsin Milwaukee's coach, would be taking over for Wayne Morgan. Think I'm like the 125th member or something like that. I waited like 2 days to join after the first initial post.

It was the perfect storm for this place. CR went pay only and CN died. Only store left in town.

ESPN did a really ****** revamp around that time as well. Well that, and had a million trolls.

-Side note: Its pretty sad that the interface in terms of usability and attractiveness was better on the ESPN forums in 2003 then it is today.

ESPN had a ridiculous amount of trolls back in the day. I got started on the ESPN boards way back in 2001. Crazy

Edit: I can remember trolling the shiz out of Iowa Preps back in the day too. That was so much fun.
 
Count me in as one the "originals." Can't remember the exact date or number. Wish there was a way to find that out.
 
You guys should check out the wayback machine. Don't have time to go through them all right now, but there are some old version on there.
