My wife who does not like baseball watched the entire game.
MLB wins. Fans win. Iowa wins. Everybody wins.
From a logistical perspective, I'm curious to know exactly how they are getting all these production people and team personnel to and out of Dyersville...Anyone?
Color me blown away. I might even watch some regular season MLB games. Who'd a thunk?
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the Yankees didn't win.
Others have already said it but this was an absolutely huge night for baseball. The hype this game had and to not only live up to it but completely blow it out of the water.... damn. There’s likely a ton of kids (hell, even some adults) that fell in love with the game tonight and that is just really, really cool.
As a country, we needed this. Not to be too sappy.

Disagree, adrenaline from the atmosphere and the short porch in right, and some world class hitters other than zebby.
Just feels strange to me that at a time when college football has become much more professional-like in terms of NIL and multi-billion dollar TV contracts, it felt like major league baseball took a step in the opposite direction by bringing its game to the middle of a cornfield in Iowa. Great job Fox Sports. Suck on that ESPN.
